Having covered just over 16,000 miles since its first registration in February 2016, at the time of writing, this car represented the lowest mileage Porsche 981 Cayman S that we could find for sale on Autotrader, Pistonheads and other major advertising websites. The exemplary cosmetic and mechanical condition of the car clearly reflects the very low mileage and the paint protection film (PPF) fitted to the front half of the bodywork will be sure to keep it looking blemish free for years to come.

All four matching N rated Goodyear Eagle tyres are in excellent condition with over 5mm of remaining tread depth.

From a servicing and maintenance perspective, this Cayman has been serviced as per the Porsche schedules and has always been carried out by official Porsche Centres and it’s last service and brake fluid change was carried out in June 2022 by Porsche Centre Silverstone. The next service will be due in June 2024.

With 325 horsepower driving through the rear wheels, engaging Sport Plus mode in this Cayman will enable the ultra-fast PDK transmission to be used in launch control mode propelling the car to 60 miles an hour in well under 5 seconds. Handling and dynamics on the road are further enhanced by this cars mid mounted engine on dynamic mounts (part of the Sport Chrono Package) and the Porsche Stability Management (PSM).

The 981 S series of Cayman and Boxster was the last model to be powered by the glorious and sonorous 3.4 litre flat six naturally aspirated engine as emissions regulations dictated that later 718 series cars became powered by turbo charged four-cylinder engines with a resultant loss in soul, noise and character.
